Staff Governance Standard Monitoring Good Practice

The new Staff Governance Standard Monitoring Framework, unlike the previous arrangements for monitoring, was designed principally to focus on Boards’ internal monitoring of progress towards the Staff Governance Standard.
 
A thorough review of the Returns submitted by all 22 NHS Boards highlighted a number of themes relating to the 2013 Staff Survey Results and outlined some good practice within NHS Boards in their attempt to improve on these results where necessary.
